Delivery & Shipping


All Orders are shipped via some of the more recognised logistics partners to ensure you receive your parcel on time. We do our best to ensure you can track your order once it has been shipped. You may receive your product earlier or later depending on your local customs office which have their own set of rules and regulations which may delay the process slightly. Despite this, the YEEFU team will do our best to get the parcel to you as quickly as possible. We thank you for waiting patiently for your parcel to arrive.

Public Holidays: Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. For a list of Malaysia/China public holidays, please click here (MY) / here (CN). We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications, customs clearance, and weather conditions.




Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. You can track your order through your My Order page.




Import Taxes & Duties

All import tax and duty fees are included in the cost of shipping. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please contact us and include a copy of the invoice so we may settle the charges.




Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
